Lost Miniature Railways

‘Lost Miniature Railways’ looks at the lines that didn’t survive.

Description

lost-miniature-railways‘Lost Miniature Railways’, written by regular Miniature Railway contributor Jonathan James, is a 64-page illustrated survey of 37 miniature railways that have closed over the years, from the Channel Islands to the North of England. Some lines were well known and much visited – such as that at the Liverpool Garden Festival – while others were rather further off the ‘beaten track’. Includes many rarities and private lines.

Unfortunately the book is currently out of print, but we will post details if it returns.
